Shipping Rates
Regular Shipping — $7 (5–10 business days)
Expedited Shipping — $14 (2–5 business days)
All orders ship with tracking.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. If you haven't received it within 4 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at email@chinesetimeofmylife.com with your order number.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees depending on your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping fee.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your package hasn't arrived, first check with neighbours and any safe drop locations. If it's still missing or tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
