Products & Ordering
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Product images are for illustration purposes and actual items may vary slightly due to photography, screen calibration, and manufacturing tolerances.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely — we do not store your card information.
For international orders, you are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs.

Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at email@chinesetimeofmylife.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. Sale items and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at email@chinesetimeofmylife.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
